Britney Spears has topped Hello! magazine's list of 'The Most Attractive Woman'.The troubled singer took top spot with 29 percent of the over 110,000 votes cast, reports the mag.

Hello! stated that while Britney was "rarely out of the headlines for her personal life", her admirers were left impressed when she "unveiled a trim new figure after boogying her way back to fitness in a Los Angeles dance studio".

Coming in at second place on the list was Australian chart-topper Delta Goodrem with 26 percent of the votes. Delta Lea Goodrem (born 9 November 1984) is a multi-ARIA Award winning Australian singer-songwriter, pianist and Logie Award winning actress. Signed to Sony at the age of 15, Goodrem rose to prominence in 2002, starring in the popular Australian soap Neighbours, and this assisted her in establishing an international music career.

Third spot went to Melanie Chisholm for "transforming herself into Sleek Spice" from Sporty Spice. Also known as Melanie C or Mel C, she was born in Whiston, Merseyside, and is an English singer, songwriter and television personality. Chisholm says she has battled depression and an eating disorder in her 20s.

Angelina Jolie came in fourth. Also in 2006, Jolie was among the Time 100, a list of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time, and she was described as the world's most beautiful woman in the "100 Most Beautiful" issue of People. Jolie and Brad Pitt plan to adopt another African baby to complete their brood.

American pop singer and songwriter Christina Aguilera's work has earned her numerous awards including five Grammy Awards amongst eighteen nominations.
